Jesse Kloskey is the Executive Chef on the opening team of Marbled & Fin Savannah, bringing a refined approach shaped by years in Michelin-starred restaurants. As Marbled & Fin expands its footprint beyond its flagship in Charleston, Chef Kloskey’s focus is on maintaining the caliber of quality and guest experience that defines the brand while continuing to elevate the Savannah dining scene.

Raised in small-town Wisconsin, Kloskey’s early career was rooted in farm-to-table restaurants in Madison, where his deep respect for seasonality and sourcing first emerged. He later spent a decade cooking in Michelin-rated kitchens across Northern California, refining his technique and gaining a meticulous, disciplined approach to cooking that now defines his leadership in the kitchen.

At this stage of his career, Kloskey finds the greatest fulfillment in mentorship. He takes pride in guiding young cooks and chefs, valuing the long-term relationships that form when trust is built, and knowledge is shared. That philosophy translates seamlessly to his leadership role at Marbled & Fin Savannah, where he is energized by the city’s vibrant food culture, its community of local farmers, and the opportunity afforded by longer growing seasons.

Outside of the kitchen, Kloskey stays active and outdoors. He spends his mornings exploring the woods with his two dogs, and when time allows, enjoys paddleboarding and practicing yoga.
